Appointments

The physicians and staff at our Physical Therapy Centers realize that your time is valuable, and we will make every effort to respect your schedule while providing the highest quality care. For better service, please make an appointment during our office hours: Attendance: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled visits so that we may use that time for other patients who are waiting to be seen. In cases of weather or illness we do not enforce this policy. Cancellations: We would like to remind all surgical patients to bring your completed history and physical forms, and current insurance card to your scheduled pre-op history and physical appointment. What to Wear: Depending on your injury, you should wear the following clothing to your appointments: • For ankle and knee injuries, wear shorts • For shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand injuries, wear a t-shirt or tank top • For neck and back injuries, wear shorts and a t-shirt
